This page is written for a Discord bot dashboard. Replace support details or legal wording with your own if needed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using Meow Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and stop using the related dashboard services.

2. Eligibility

You must have permission to manage the server where the Bot is installed.

You must use the Bot in a way that complies with applicable laws and Discord rules.

3. Services

Meow Bot may provide moderation, automod, tickets, logging, welcome messages, reaction roles, leveling, economy, AI tools, music, and dashboard services.

Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

4. Server Owner Responsibility

The server owner and staff are responsible for managing permissions, configuration, and appropriate use of the Bot.

Misconfiguration may cause unexpected results, and you are responsible for reviewing settings before relying on them.

5. Prohibited Use

Do not use the Bot to spam, harass, exploit bugs, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, distribute malware, or violate any law.

Do not use the Bot to facilitate phishing, scams, or abuse of Discord systems.

6. Premium & Payments

Premium features, where offered, are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Payments, refunds, billing, and chargeback handling may be subject to the rules shown at checkout or in the support server.

7. AI Features

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

AI output is for informational use only and should not be treated as professional advice.

8. Data & Logs

The Bot may store configuration and operational data needed to provide features.

Some actions may be logged for security, moderation, and support purposes.

9. Availability

The Bot and dashboard are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

Downtime may happen because of maintenance, Discord outages, API issues, hosting problems, or updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, or issues caused by misuse, downtime, or third-party failures.

Your use of the Bot is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Bot or dashboard if these Terms are violated or abuse is detected.

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
